Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Development

  • Provide expert guidance on operational and procedural matters to team members.
  • Conduct interviews for hourly employees, overseeing hiring, supervision, development, and termination when necessary.

This leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and involves oversight of inventory management and supply ordering to optimize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
