
Project Coordinator Assistant

This position plays a key role in facilitating the daily operations of the project, providing essential administrative and financial support.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the project team in managing events, ensuring effective coordination and logistics.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain the office environment, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
- Oversee administrative tasks, implementing efficient systems and controls for smooth operations.
- Ensure the security and safety of office supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Process invoices from suppliers, initiating payments according to project requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to the project, adhering to established deadlines.
- Prepare and post journal vouchers bi-weekly, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the organization's Internal Control System (ICS), maintaining financial records in line with established standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (finance, HR, or General Administration).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration and financial management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including basic hardware maintenance and recent accounting software.
- Experience in project formulation and implementation is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and work effectively in field conditions.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Preference given to candidates from Islamabad, Multan, and Lahore.
The gross annual salary ranges between PKR 1,379,648 and PKR 1,724,560. This amount is indicative and subject to change based on compensation practices. Other benefits and conditions are also subject to change.
