Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering data, analyzing it, and presenting insights to drive business growth. The incumbent shall devise a strategic plan to boost efficiency, identify areas of improvement, and develop analytics capabilities across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support business decision-making.
  • Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to facilitate data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Perform data analysis, create reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis software.
  • Education: Minimum graduation / masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
