Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly-skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, MicroStrategy, and data validation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to extract, transform, and present data that enables accurate business reporting across Finance, Commercial, and Sales domains.

Key Responsibilities


• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries (CTEs, CASE statements, joins, nested subqueries, and aggregations) across cloud data warehouses.


• Develop, enhance, and maintain MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, and visualizations, and validate the underlying SQL generated.


• Perform rigorous data validation and QA checks to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across multiple sources.


• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate queries and reports that support decision-making.


• Clearly document logic, query patterns, edge cases, and data flows for future maintenance.


• Utilize basic Python scripting and/or ETL tools (e.g., Airflow) to help automate data extracts and prepare data for MicroStrategy as required.

Must Have Skills


• Proven expertise in Advanced SQL (complex queries, optimization).


• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy schema objects, dashboard creation, and SQL validation.


• Strong attention to detail and proven experience in data validation and reconciliation.


• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.


• Familiarity with Python scripting or basic ETL/automation is highly preferred.

Experience & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, BI development, or similar roles.
