As an Electrical Operations Supervisor, your primary objective will be to oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities for weaving looms and electrical equipment. Your goal will be to minimize downtime through effective strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure minimal disruption
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on weaving and sizing looms/equipment with a strong electrical background
  • Lead a large team effectively and possess excellent communication skills
Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.) is essential, along with at least 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance and leadership roles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
