Gardening Professional

Key responsibilities for a Gardening Professional include maintaining and enhancing the beauty and health of gardens and outdoor areas through regular watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.

  • Maintain and enhance garden spaces through routine maintenance and repairs on structures and equipment.
  • Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans to ensure visually appealing landscapes.
  • Identify and treat plant diseases and pests to prevent damage and maintain healthy growth.

Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping, in-depth knowledge of various plants, their growing requirements, and maintenance techniques, and ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Physical fitness is essential for extended periods of manual labor.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Prior experience with horticulture or landscaping education is preferred but not required.
