
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive our growth and expansion in the beauty industry.
About the Role- Drive sales and exceed targets by developing and implementing strategic business plans, leading and coaching sales team members, building strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and preparing sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and exceed targets by identifying new opportunities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and optimizing sales strategies.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets, develop their skills, and improve overall performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and relationship development.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
