Sales and Marketing Position

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our immigration services and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our immigration consultancy services, and effectively communicating the benefits of working with us.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Listen to client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including social media, email, and referrals, to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and deals closed, using CRM software.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in tele sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a competitive sales environment.
  • Prior knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus, but not required.
  • A willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
