Food Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food services operations team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cafeteria and function catering services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance with ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA systems.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of food services, maintaining effective coordination between teams and departments.
- Service Quality: Implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, investigate quality-related complaints, and provide feedback to staff on areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Plan and conduct training sessions for staff on food safety, quality of service, and behavioral expectations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to design and implement improvements to existing processes, driving quality enhancements and efficiency gains.
Education: Preferred Master's or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Relevant experience in food services management, preferably in a hospital setting.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of food safety and sanitation, and ability to direct and coordinate activities.
