Workwear Innovator

The role of Workwear Innovator is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and business acumen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative and high-performance workwear products.

• Product Development & Innovation:
  • Lead research and development of new workwear designs to ensure functionality, durability, and compliance with industry safety standards.
  • Identify and evaluate new fabrics, trims, and finishing techniques to enhance product performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop ergonomic and user-friendly workwear solutions.
  • Implement sustainable and cost-effective production methods.
• Technical Expertise & Material Research:
  • Stay updated on advancements in textile technology, smart fabrics, and protective workwear solutions.
  • Analyze material properties and recommend the best options for specific work environments.
  • Conduct laboratory and field tests to validate fabric and garment performance.
• Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement best practices for improving product performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, EN, ASTM, and other relevant safety regulations.
  • Work closely with production and quality control teams to address manufacturing challenges and optimize processes.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to source and test new materials.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to align product development with market demands and customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients on workwear product features and innovations.
• Project Management & Documentation:
  • Oversee R&D projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation, research reports, and product specifications.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders on R&D progress and innovations.
