Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and meeting established targets and deadlines.

Main Tasks:

  1. To plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  2. To oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
  3. To manage labor resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  4. To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  5. To identify and address any operational issues or concerns, escalating them to senior management if necessary.
  6. To participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting new ideas and approaches to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, with relevant experience in production floor management preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct teams, and expertise in supply chain operations, particularly in planning and SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including safety, health, and environmental regulations, and ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
