Job Summary:
This Call Center Sales Executive role involves developing and executing strategies to promote and sell our products and services to potential customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Calls: Execute outbound sales calls in a professional and engaging manner, highlighting our services and expertise.
- Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Results Driven: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, staying focused on achieving success.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and industry trends, providing accurate information to customers and staying ahead of the competition.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals, working together towards a common objective.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven individuals with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets are ideal candidates.
- Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers effectively, turning leads into sales.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus, but not necessary.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift, from 10 PM to 7 AM, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
