As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for executing inbound sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Optimize Online Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement online marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
  2. Sales Objectives and Forecasting: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories, projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  3. Service Management: Manage WHMCS, DNS, Helpdesk Panels, and related services professionally to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  4. Multichannel Engagement: Engage customers across various touchpoints with the value proposition of Managed WHMCS and participate in architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
  5. Create and Optimize Sales Targets: Develop and optimize sales targets, landing pages, and micro-sites to maximize conversion rates.
  6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement, analyze, and optimize organic search engine marketing activities to improve website visibility.
  7. Email Marketing: Execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers, keeping them engaged throughout their journey.
  8. Digital Marketing Metrics and Analysis: Analyze and report weekly and monthly digital marketing metrics and lead statuses to measure campaign effectiveness.
  9. Content Development: Develop and manage content for social networks and blogs to maintain a strong online presence.
  10. Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of web-hosting services.
  11. Continuous Learning: Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Handle customer calls on multiple channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth across diverse customer segments.
  • IT Background: Maintain a strong IT background in hosting, domains, web development, and cloud services.
  • Social Media Presence: Utilize social media effectively to engage with customers and promote the brand.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • CRM and Helpdesk Experience: Have experience with CRM and helpdesk systems to manage customer interactions.
  • Management Skills: Demonstrate management skills to lead teams and achieve sales objectives.
  • Domain Management Knowledge: Have knowledge of domain management systems to manage customer domains.
  • Location Flexibility: Be based in Islamabad, Pakistan, or willing to relocate.
