Job Opportunity
Deliver engaging training experiences to associates in the healthcare and insurance domain. Responsibilities include facilitating live and virtual sessions, supporting learner development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

Front-End (Learner-Facing)

  • Conduct live webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.
  • Facilitate role-specific onboarding and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Lead call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Deliver professional learning aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Conduct check-ins to track progress and offer coaching.
  • Respond to learner queries.
  • Provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Partner with managers to resolve performance issues.
  • Maintain open communication and follow-ups with learners.

Back-End (Operational & Development)

  • Support learners in navigating certification requirements and training pathways.
  • Assign relevant resources based on job role or customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and analyze feedback for trends.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate to enhance modules and delivery.
  • Leverage technology and platforms.
  • Contribute to new learning sessions on compliance and best practices.
  • Manage scheduling and reminders for sessions.
  • Report outcomes and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent development, training, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards preferred.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems.
  • Adaptable, organized, and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
