Data Solutions Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in the evolving landscape of data management. This dynamic position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure seamless delivery of data to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business logic and translate it into technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for technology teams.
- Develop solutions that inform test strategy and ensure effective delivery.
- Liaise with sprint managers and QA leads to ensure efficient delivery.
- Drive process improvement across the Technology Team.
- Share knowledge with the wider business and work with other BAs and technology teams to document processes and ways of working.
- Strong track record of business analysis within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of LDW and Data Lake architecture.
- Experience working in high-priority data projects.
- Ability to break down complex problems/issues and document clearly for stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
- Working in an agile environment and able to effectively work in a fast-paced organization.
- Significant understanding of Lean methodologies.
- Understanding and experience working in big data projects.
- Highly technical with a keen eye for detail.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Confident and able to challenge if necessary.
- Structured and organized.
