Cabin Services Coordinator

The Product and Inflight Services Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that in-flight services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and conformity.
- Maintains consistency across all cabin services within the assigned network.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to select reliable providers for duty-free, catering, and cleaning services.
- Monitors on-board flight services and evaluates inflight services standards, quality, and provision.
- Ensures compliance with group and airline standards, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supports stakeholders in making informed decisions through valid recommendations on quality, variety, and prices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing standardized measures for the overall appearance of flights across the hub network.
- Identifying measurable specifications affecting cabin operations and detailing them in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with engineering teams to address faults, feedback, complaints, and concerns.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A diploma or higher secondary certificate in travel/tourism or any related stream.
- Necessary function-related experience in an airline/hospitality sector or related service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Training in cost control, compliance, budgeting, and quality is an added value.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- A bachelor's degree in travel/tourism or any related stream.
- Practical knowledge of food handling standards, hygiene, catering accounting, supervisory, and administrative skills.
