Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

About the Role:

  1. Act as a liaison between our company and customers, providing product information and setting appointments for our team.
  2. Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, using active listening skills and empathy.
  4. Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas by generating leads and providing accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in customer-facing roles or fresh graduates with a passion for sales and customer service.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  3. Strong phone handling skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  4. Proficiency with computers and technology, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
