Product Design Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our digital product team.

  • Create comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Develop creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
  • Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma.
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development.

Motion Design & Micro-Interactions

  • Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience.
  • Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows (preferred but not required).
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design for web and mobile, including responsive layouts.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished visual experiences.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with agile product teams in collaborative design workflows.
Typical Day
  • Review design feedback and sync with the product team to clarify feature goals.
  • Routine tasks include refining mobile UI layouts, updating brand assets, and presenting new iconography or tweaking interaction flows.
  • Test prototypes, polish assets for developers, or brainstorm motion enhancements to improve the overall experience.
