We're looking for an expert to craft user interfaces for our banking platform.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive user experiences for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Breaking down complex design problems into manageable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision is essential.

Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field is crucial.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant work
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications is preferred
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System is required
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is necessary
  • Deep understanding of Human Interface Design Guidelines and other mobile platform designs, including Material Design and mobile-first concept
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools are required
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are necessary
