Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to manage, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and software.
  • Respond to user queries via ticketing systems, phone, email, or in-person.
  • Set up new user workstations, accounts, email, and access rights.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.
  • Follow and contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure security compliance (antivirus, updates, password policies, etc.).
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Collaborate with the cloud administrator to manage and administer Azure-based infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor and other tools.
  • Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
  • Handle system updates, patches, and configurations in a proactive manner.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting tools.
  • Maintain identity and access management using Azure Active Directory.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in system administration with a strong focus on Azure Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Azure services: Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, and Security.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure CLI.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
