Job Overview

This is a senior-level role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in UI/UX design, particularly within the Telecommunications and Fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of building scalable design systems and delivering impactful experiences in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end design process from research, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to high-fidelity UI design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and customer insights teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Define and maintain a consistent design language system across all platforms.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions in the context of fintech, such as payments, billers, top-ups, lending, etc.
Requirements

We are looking for an expert who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, Data Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a focus on user-centred design processes and practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying user-centred design and design language system principles in product design and enhancements.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or banking industry.
  • Exceptional design, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and reporting skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new design techniques and website layouts.
  • Proficiency in using Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe CC suite and MS Office.
