**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist

As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the company's online presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and product awareness.
  • Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new social media tools.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (3+ years).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
