Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Location: Fully Remote

The successful candidate will be required to have a reliable internet connection, a 22-24 inch monitor with HDMI cable, a table, chair, and quiet place to work.

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to align with business goals, create, curate, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.

They will plan and oversee the digital marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content, monitor digital channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.

Responsibilities include responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with the design team to develop visually engaging posts, stories, and other media.

The successful candidate will track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to refine strategies.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing management, preferably in the IT or tech industry.

A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and engagement metrics is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to create captivating content.

Basic graphic design skills are a plus, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
