Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out daily inspections of production areas to identify potential food safety hazards and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Verify compliance with food safety regulations and customer specifications during flight inspections of prepared meals.
  • Monitor and enforce personal hygiene practices among staff members and maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
  • Generate QA tracking, trending, and administrative reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate raw materials to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HACCP plans and pre-requisite programs to guarantee food safety.
  • Collaborate with teams to support external audits and ensure seamless regulatory compliance.
