Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our UK head office's accounting operations. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the status of receivables in our system, chase outstanding invoices, and ensure timely payments from clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and preparing end-of-week reconciliations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent IT literacy, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft packages is essential, and proficiency in Excel is required. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to meet deadlines and provide exceptional service to our clients.
