Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated OTA Management professional to oversee the accurate processing of bookings, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Effectively manage relationships with online travel agencies to ensure seamless booking processing.
  2. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
  3. Negotiation and Coordination: Develop and maintain strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts, resolve issues, and coordinate promotional campaigns with OTAs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication and Negotiation Abilities: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software to efficiently manage tasks and track progress.
  • Independence and Efficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
