Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a diligent and organized accounting professional to manage all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses. This role will involve managing bank deposits, creating budget forecasts, publishing financial statements on time, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely bank payments, managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, and cash and accrual management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Create budget forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Publish financial statements according to set deadlines
  • Handle the process of closing out each month, quarter, and year
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable for optimal financial health
  • E nsure that all bank payments are made in a timely manner
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to provide a clear picture of the company's financial situation
  • Cash and accrual management to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
  • A strong educational background, with intermediate education preferred
