As a growing brand in the interior design industry, we aim to build a strong online presence, engage with customers, and provide them with top-notch products and services.

We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our online growth, keep our website updated, and maintain our social media presence. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our online stores across multiple platforms, ensuring that product listings are up to date, our website and social media profiles are engaging, and our digital marketing efforts drive traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce & Shopify Management:
  1. Build our Shopify store and manage its performance, usability, and speed.
  2. Set up and configure Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to enhance store functionality.
  3. Customize Shopify templates to match the branding and style of our interior design business.
  4. Manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all product information (images, descriptions, prices, specifications) is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Monitor site performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
Marketplace Management:
  1. Manage product listings and promotions on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
  2. Monitor and improve product rankings across marketplaces.
  3. Conduct market research to stay competitive and optimize product visibility.
Digital Marketing:
  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  2. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  3. Utilize SEO strategies to ensure products and content are optimized for search engines.
  4. Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as necessary.
Social Media Management:
  1. Keep social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) up-to-date with consistent posts, promotions, and content.
  2. Develop a content calendar and strategy for organic and paid social media posts.
  3. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online community interactions.
Website Updates & Maintenance:
  1. Regularly update website content, images, banners, and promotions.
  2. Collaborate with designers to ensure the site remains visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  3. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for all devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in ecommerce management, particularly with Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  3. Experience with social media management and content creation.
  4. Expertise in managing and optimizing product listings for online platforms.
  5. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Buffer, Jungle Scout, etc.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  7. Familiarity with graphic design tools.
  8. Knowledge of customer service best practices and ability to engage with customers online.
  9. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and best practices.
  11. Previous experience in managing a high-volume online store or marketplace presence.
