Senior Business Development Manager

This role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of assigned accounts and sub-channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales revenue growth and profitability
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for category development and growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategies
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior management to ensure alignment with company goals
- MBA from a Tier-I B-School with 5-7 years' experience
- At least two years of experience in Key Account Management or Category Management (with retail group)
- Prior Modern Trade experience preferred, either on the platform side or the brand side
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Mobility required with 30% travel
