Job Title: Senior Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineering Manager to oversee the strategic execution, management and monitoring of engineering projects.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including deadlines and resource allocations to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with the accounts team to create and manage project budgets, making informed decisions that balance cost-effectiveness with quality requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess project performance against defined parameters, providing thorough updates on progress and potential challenges.
  • Site Management: Oversee project execution at the construction site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable codes and standards.
  • Schedule Compliance: Ensure timely completion of project schedules and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify, analyze and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Change Management: Establish effective change management procedures, adjusting project plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or external influences.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation for project teams, working closely with HR to deploy human and material resources efficiently.
  • Risk Assessment and Response: Identify and assess risks under their management, develop and implement risk response strategies, and monitor risks and response strategies.
  • Information Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. A PMP certification is preferred, and PEC registration is mandatory.
