  • The candidate will be reporting to the Senior Software Manager (SMM) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the identification, analysis, review and implementation of various projects.
  • The Project Management Head will manage and lead the team of project managers, business analysts & members of the core engineering group.
  • The project manager will use knowledge of SDLC and other technical cycles for the completion of projects.
  • Conceptualizing, designing, building, deploying and testing projects before handing them to the customers.
  • Coordinate with internal resources through project management tools for the division of tasks and monitoring performance of project teams.
  • Use JIRA for the assignment and delegation of tasks to technical teams working on projects.
  • Report the progress of projects to SMM in a timely manner.
  • Identify risks associated with a project and design plans to tackle them.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for the identification of bugs and issues in projects for timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop technical documents and reports regarding the progress of the projects.
  • Ensure that the customer is aware of project progress and help them understand project technicalities.
