Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify contractors' invoices and process them accordingly.
  • Prepare invoices for the finance department for bill payments to contractors.
  • Oversee the tendering process for meter reading and bill distribution contracts.
  • Monitor contractors' performance based on terms of reference (TOR).
  • Manage balance of quantity (BOQ) and purchase orders (PO).

Masters or Bachelors degree with a strong educational background and at least 4 years of experience in a relevant field is required. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage and control meter reading and bill distribution contracts for domestic, industrial, and commercial customers.

This position involves verifying contractors' invoices, processing them accordingly, preparing invoices for the finance department, overseeing the tendering process, monitoring contractors' performance, and managing the balance of quantity and purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of contract management principles. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with contract administration software.
