Job Title: Assistant Manager Product

This role involves the development and management of deposit and Bancassurance products. Key responsibilities include market analysis, stakeholder coordination, marketing campaigns, and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development & Management: Assist in enhancing liability and Bancassurance products based on market research and customer insights. Collaborate with insurance partners to develop insurance products. Improve customer experience through innovative features and digital solutions.
  • Pricing & Budgeting: Support in setting competitive prices, monitor costs, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Sales Support & Business Coordination: Develop training materials, monitor product performance, and assist in designing sales incentive programs.
  • Marketing & Campaigns: Coordinate marketing efforts, develop promotional content, and conduct customer feedback surveys.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products meet regulatory guidelines, assess risks, and develop incentive structures. Manage risks related to claims, mis-selling, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in product development/management, preferably in banking with liability and Bancassurance products.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
