Job Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to assume the role of Channel Head and Enterprise Planning.

This leadership position will serve as the nerve center for enterprise business planning, responsible for setting strategic direction, aligning key performance indicators (KPIs), and enabling regional B2B teams to perform at their best.

The successful candidate will translate the company's fintech ambitions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring seamless coordination with product, technology, and banking teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing end-to-end business plans, forecasts, and strategies for the B2B vertical.
  • Serving as a central liaison between field teams, product teams, technology, finance, and bank partners to ensure execution excellence.
  • Designing, allocating, and monitoring KPIs across regional B2B teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Driving the development of incentive structures, promotions, and commission frameworks that enhance team performance.
  • Conducting profitability and ROI analysis on all B2B initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Partnering with product and technology teams to build scalable enterprise solutions and improve internal processes.
  • Developing business models and financial projections for new initiatives.
  • Evaluating industry benchmarks and global best practices to integrate innovation into the company's B2B strategy.
  • Ensuring governance of business processes, compliance with internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Presenting business reviews, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Leading special cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue streams or enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (a master's preferred).
  • 6-7 years of experience in business planning, sales operations, or enterprise support (preferably in financial services/telecom/fintech).
  • Proven expertise in KPI management, strategy planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and business modeling skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of fintech products such as Payment Gateway, BNPL, Raast, and digital disbursements.
