A Business Analyst with expertise in eCommerce is needed to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of technical architectures and business processes.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications. The successful candidate will create key documents, analyze API integrations, and ensure the technical aspects of the eCommerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions to improve user experience, system efficiency, and revenue growth.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

  • Work closely with development and UX teams to analyze customer journeys from a technical perspective, identifying areas where the user experience can be improved.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, TRDs, system architecture diagrams, and interface specifications.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on eCommerce projects.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of technical architectures and business processes.
