Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. This position plays a pivotal part in supporting Canadian financial professionals by expanding their client base and enhancing market presence through innovative outbound calling and online digital strategies.

This specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends. They will also assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for our clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and cultivating potential leads for various financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for our clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Engage with potential leads through various communication channels ensuring a professional and positive representation of our clients.
  5. Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or Related Past Experience.
  2. Experience in lead generation digital marketing or brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
