Job Title: CRM and Marketing Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced CRM and marketing automation expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Maintain CRM Platform: Ensure data accuracy and segmentation, and maintain the CRM platform to support business growth.
  • Marketing Automation: Plan, build, and execute marketing automation workflows and funnels using industry-standard CRMs such as Go High Level and Zoho.
  • Email Marketing: Design and schedule email marketing campaigns with personalized content to engage with customers and prospects.
  • CRM Integration: Integrate CRM with various tools and platforms, including landing pages, ads, forms, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to support full-funnel marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead Nurturing: Monitor lead nurturing campaigns and develop strategies to support customer retention and growth.
Requirements:
  • CRM Experience: 1–2+ years of experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, specifically Go High Level or Zoho.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, drip campaigns, and multi-channel workflows.
  • Analytics: Proficient in analyzing engagement metrics and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Project Management: Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for creating custom email templates and landing pages.
Working Conditions:
  • Onsite Work: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (includes 1-hour break).
  • Remote Work: Saturday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes 30-minute break).
