Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, analytics, and delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing paid ad campaigns, and optimizing website performance for conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, tiktok and other advertising networks to achieve KPIs.
• Tracking & Attribution: Set up and manage tracking systems including pixels, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and other attribution tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize conversions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in funnels, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Trends & Innovations: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, including managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics management and attribution models.
• Proven experience in A/B testing and CRO practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM and Automation tools (Like GHL/Hubspot/Zapier) are a plus
• Work with exciting global clients and projects.
