Job Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of AI-powered products. You will oversee end-to-end quality assurance by designing test strategies, building automated frameworks, and pioneering AI-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive QA strategies for AI automation products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust test plans.
  • Identify edge cases, failure points, and system-level risks early in development.
  • Design and implement automated test suites (unit, integration, regression, performance, end-to-end).
  • Write test automation code in Python/JavaScript and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build reusable test frameworks that scale across multiple products and teams.
  • Research and evaluate AI-driven QA tools and methodologies.
  • Apply AI to test generation, anomaly detection, log analysis, and continuous validation.
Required Experience
  • Technical
    • 3+ years of experience in QA, software engineering, or test automation.
    • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
    • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and test automation frameworks.
    • Experience with CI/CD systems.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing tools.
    • Analytical & Collaborative
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex systems.
      • Excellent communication skills—able to partner with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Detail-oriented about ensuring product quality.

This is a remote position based out of Pakistan.
