Role:

Hexo Systems is seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation workflows using AI technologies combined with n8n, , Zapier, ClickUp, , Go High Level, HubSpot, and other automation platforms. You will be responsible for integrating AI APIs, building smart automation pipelines, and creating AI-powered solutions that transform our operations across marketing, sales, customer service, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intelligent workflows combining AI technologies with n8n, , Zapier, ClickUp, , Go High Level, HubSpot and automation platforms.
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Google AI, etc.) to build smart automation solutions for content generation, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer service workflows.
• Create intelligent document processing, data extraction, and content summarization automations.
• Build AI-driven lead scoring, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing automation workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks within automation pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize AI automation performance, error handling, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-enhanced automation solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model integrations, dependencies, and update logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in AI automation engineering or AI integration development.
• Proven expertise with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Google AI) and integrating them with n8n, , Zapier, ClickUp, , Go High Level, HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI model integration, and LLM workflow design.
• Experience building AI-powered automation workflows for business processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript ) and Python for AI automation development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and JSON.
• Experience integrating and automating AI-enhanced workflows between ClickUp, , Go High Level, HubSpot, and other SaaS platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and deploy AI automation solutions independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for complex AI workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI model fine-tuning for automation use cases.
• Experience building AI-powered customer service chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Familiarity with computer vision APIs for document processing and image analysis automation.
• Understanding of AI-driven sales pipeline optimization and intelligent lead-nurturing workflows.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search integration in automation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI model monitoring, performance optimization, and cost management in production environments.
