Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions & Student Affairs Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling and resolving student queries and concerns using our ticket system, providing timely and accurate information to address student inquiries, and overseeing the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve student queries and concerns using our ticket system
  • Provide timely and accurate information to address student inquiries
  • Oversee and manage the VLE portal for students
  • Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards and ensure the security of the ID card system
  • Monitor and manage student attendance records
  • Collaborate with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies
  • Assist students in the formation of letters, recommendations, and other official documents
Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven experience in registrations and student affairs, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, and well-organized multi-tasking skills. A Bachelor's or Master's-level education in any discipline is also required, as well as relevant experience from the university.
