Academic Guidance Role

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to support prospective and current students through academic counseling, admissions facilitation, and overall student engagement.

This role assists with administrative and campus coordination responsibilities in collaboration with faculty and program leads.

Counseling services include advising students on academic programs, career pathways, and available opportunities.

The Admission Process:

  • Facilitate the admission process from inquiry to enrollment for prospective students and their families.

Academic and Career Guidance:

  • Provide guidance on creating effective CVs and preparing for interviews.

Support Program Leads:

  • Manage student queries and track academic progress in collaboration with program leads.

Campus Engagement:

  • Participate in campus events, student society activities, and onboarding sessions.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.

Collaborative Work Environment:

  • Work closely with administrators to support day-to-day campus operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.

Additionally, 3–5 years of experience in student affairs, admissions, counseling, or academic administration is required.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Candidates should also have an understanding of career development tools and student support services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a student-centric environment is highly valued.
