Senior Security Executive

The Security Manager role is responsible for overseeing the security operations in Pakistan offices. Reporting directly to client Corporate Security, this position ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• This individual will be responsible for managing the security account for client Pakistan offices, providing operational support to client Corporate Security.
• Maintenance of client security account, including finances and associated vendors and contracts on behalf of client Corporate Security.
• Ensure alignment with client Security policies, standards, processes, and procedures related to manned guarding and security systems.
• Initial assessment and timely escalation of security-related incidents that may impact client offices and personnel.
• Collaboration with the Corporate Security team in threat analysis, intelligence gathering, and security travel coordination.

• Strategic planning and execution to drive commercial savings and efficiency.
• Oversight of Tier 2 security vendor monthly performance reviews.
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Delivery of security initiatives and management of change projects as directed by client Corporate Security.
• Management of Tier 2 vendors for guarding, security systems maintenance, projects, and associated specialist security suppliers to ensure delivery against defined service levels without business disruption to client at any time.
• Document control and management practices.

• Prior experience in corporate security preferably with a civilian background or equivalent capability demonstrable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of physical and technical security, including integrated security solutions, and manned guarding.
• Strong understanding of process development and implementation, along with management of compliance and governance systems.
• A clear comprehension of the significance of compliance, internal and external audit, and attestation within a regulated financial environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to prioritize own and others workloads under significant volume and time pressure.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and proven management skills, with ability to mentor and motivate others in an inclusive manner.

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities of the team. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Oversight of building operations involving visitor access and activities.
• Development and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures. Ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
• Point of contact for ongoing communication with Building Services staff about site operations. Collaborate with department managers to determine security needs.
• Investigation, reporting, and maintenance of records of security-related incidents on the property. Coordinate responses to emergencies and alarms.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Local or National security staff certification, required.
• Prior experience in corporate security preferably with a civilian background or equivalent capability demonstrable.
• Meet physical requirements of this role including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
