Job Summary:

A strategic leader is required to spearhead and oversee the security services department, ensuring the integrity and safety of company assets, resources, including pipelines, compressor stations, facilities, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures across all regions and zones.
  • Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of all security equipment, including CCTV cameras, arms, ammunition, and wireless communication systems.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect assets, equipment, and access points to maintain foolproof security of company assets in the entire area of responsibility.
  • Accompany raids conducted by the team on industrial, domestic, commercial, and bulk consumers to detect and prevent theft or unauthorized use of gas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize gas theft through operational protocols for intelligence, prosecution, and operations.
  • Take necessary actions based on intelligence and analysis, coordinating with the Security Department to reduce gas theft and prosecute offenders.
  • Conduct inspections of specific areas based on vigilance reports, evidence, and intelligence reports.
  • Ensure legal and corrective measures are taken based on related investigation reports, evidence, and witnesses.
  • Maintain organizational stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Act as liaison for matters pertaining to government agencies.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from a military background, with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
