Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects before product launches.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide valuable input during development.
  3. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
  4. Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified defects do not reoccur in new releases.
  5. Communicate with developers to track issues and verify bug fixes.
  6. Document and maintain test cases, testing procedures, and test results for knowledge transfer and future reference.
  7. Work closely with the development team to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to improve the QA process.
  9. Provide feedback on usability and user experience aspects to enhance software applications.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  2. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing.
  3. Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
  4. Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test cases.
  5. Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
  6. Solid knowledge of SQL and databases for effective data validation.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  9. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  10. Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
