Software Quality Assurance Expert Role

This challenging position focuses on evaluating and testing new software applications according to business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with established principles and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and in-depth knowledge of Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing fundamentals.

  • Evaluate and test new software applications according to business and functional requirements for optimal performance and quality.
  • Lead the creation, preparation, and execution of quality reviews, test plans, and test scripts to ensure effective testing strategies.
  • Apply test methodology, engineering, and product knowledge in designing tests and testing approaches for analyzing and certifying products.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in the testing discipline, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of software testing techniques, practices, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Coach team members on various testing approaches and techniques, providing expertise in functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing.
  • Influence software development decisions by reviewing work and recommending design or testing approaches to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensure effective communication to guarantee that all business requirements are assessed and addressed to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Participate in day-to-day planning and coordination with Testers and Developers to ensure timely deliverables.
