Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and raw materials. The position involves notifying all departments involved in production about any rejects or non-conforming results.
The ideal candidate will develop and update quality policies and systems, promoting a culture of quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
To achieve this, the candidate will establish internal and external training programs to increase the QC team's awareness in the drug manufacturing process, ensuring integration of quality in every production function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating tests and procedures to ensure they are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated.
- Investigating product modifications as necessary.
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Facilitating and supporting quality management in all quality activities.
The candidate will also perform periodical employee appraisals for subordinates, investigate manufacturing process problems, and assess product specifications.
Maintenance of documentation such as SOPs, specification sheets, and MOAs is an essential part of the job.
Additionally, the candidate must ensure integrity and traceability of all data generated, compliance with safety instructions, waste treatment regulations, and proper use of chemicals.
RequirementsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate expertise in quality assurance and control.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
A strong understanding of IT and computer literacy is essential for this role.
