Content Strategist and Editor Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist and Editor who views content as a growth driver. You will oversee our content roadmap, encompassing SEO, thought leadership, product education, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and own a content strategy aligned to business objectives (traffic, MQLs, product adoption)
  2. Lead content planning across the funnel: blogs, landing pages, case studies, email nurtures, and social media content
  3. Coordinate a cross-functional editorial process with writers, designers, and PMMs to produce SEO-driven and sales-enablement content
  4. Conduct topic and keyword research to identify SEO and user-intent opportunities
  5. Collaborate with product, growth, and brand teams to shape narratives and messaging
  6. Brief, manage, and edit internal/external writers and AI tools for consistent output
  7. Develop scalable systems: content calendars, CMS hygiene, interlinking frameworks, and analytics setup
  8. Report on performance and continuously optimize content to improve KPIs
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial strategy
  • A proven track record of scaling traffic or content-led conversions
  • Understanding of content distribution via SEO, email, social media, and influencers
  • You think in content clusters, topic authority, and strategic leverage—not just word counts
