Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic project leader to spearhead our projects and drive them towards successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan that includes defining scope, creating a work schedule, determining resources, and reviewing it with senior management.
  • Recruit, interview, and select staff while ensuring their confidentiality and managing personnel files.
  • Execute the project according to the plan, develop forms and records, set up files, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage the project's budgeted expenditures, cash flow, and financial reports.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, assess problems, and identify causes to generate possible solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Agile/SCRUM knowledge or experience working with standard software development processes.
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in database concepts, programming languages, and familiarity with JS and HTML.
