We are currently seeking an experienced SAP project leader to oversee the successful execution of SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular communication and updates on project status.
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project management with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
